Lillian's 5 months!

So this is like half a month late but here is Lily's 5 month picture!  She's becoming such a cute little munchkin!  She is rolling all over the place, lifting herself up, trying to sit up, babbling all the time, loves to be held by her Momma and is eating 2 solid food meals a day.

One of Thomas' recent games is to line up his trucks and cars. Here is a picture of him rolling the wheels back and forth and lining them up. It's all about order :)

Here is Lily, 5 months bouncing around her in jumperoo until her brother interrupted our video session.  You can see him as he runs in the background behind her to go into my bedroom and jump on the bed.  Nice one T!!!

Cake pop mania!

I've been making a lot of cake pops lately! I made some for my best friend Karen's wedding shower that I hosted a few weeks back, for Thomas's 2nd birthday and now more this week! I just had to share pictures of these adorable delicious bites!

Thomas' 2nd Birthday!

Sunday, October 16th was Thomas 2nd Birthday!  Wow!  I can't believe my little man is 2.  It's crazy how fast the time has gone by since Lily has been born.  I found myself the week before his Birthday very emotional about the fact that he is now 2.  I was mostly emotional because now he is no longer a little baby anymore.  He's not my only.  All of the special one on one times we spent together when he was an itty bitty are now memories.  

I cherish the time that I have with my children and as I cried to Jason about him turning 2 I realized, yet again, how lucky I am to be able to stay home with them.  Yes, some days I wish I could run away, for a few hours without having to worry about getting back at a certain time to nurse a baby but for the most part I LOVE my job :)

Enough about me, let's get to the Birthday events!  We had a wonderful day that started with having the little man wake up to his new car:

Finally he opened up presents after a good long Birthday nap!  We were so lucky to get so many presents from all of our friends and family.  Thomas got 9 pairs of new pajamas, trucks, fire trucks, a tee ball set, a few outfits, bath toys, money, legos, books, gift cards and a ton of awesome birthday cards!

We take Thomas and Lily down to downtown Disney at least once a week and Thomas loves to ride the train and merry go round.  Here's a video of him on the train taken this weekend.

Since I haven't posted pictures of Gymboree in a along time I thought I'd share some cute pictures from today.

Mommy got an iPhone 4s

I'm so excited! Jason surprised me and ordered me the new iPhone! He even arranged for our very tech savvy friend Manny to come over and set it all up for me on Friday night. I'm so lucky! What I'm most excited about is that now I have a phone with a camera on it so I can take pictures of the kids on the go!

Lily's First Oatmeal

Lily had her first oatmeal the other morning and I had to take some pictures and videos of her.  While I was taking pictures and googling at her, Thomas starting talking to me and wanting attention as well.  Once I started taking pictures of him, he was hammin' it up!  Here are pictures of my little munchies!

Monday we went to Aunt Patty's house and had lunch and a play date with our cousins Mia and Frankie!  The kids had a great time and Aunt Patty whipped them up a 6 course lunch.  Yay for COUSINS :)

Thomas' BDay at School

Last Thursday we went to Thomas' school to celebrate his birthday with his classmates.  Daddy joined us and we sang "Happy Birthday" and ate cookies decorated with the first letter of each kid's name.  The kids loved the cookies as they were easier for them to eat than cupcakes or cakes and thankfully there wasn't icing all over everyone's clothes.

We LOVED watching the kids sit at the table, put on their party hats, get comfy in their little chairs and eat their cookies so patiently.  After they were finished Mrs. B put on the bubble machine and they danced to music in the bubbles.  It was adorable to see all of these little 2 year olds interact.  

We are celebrating Thomas' 2nd Birthday this Sunday, October 16th - his actual Birthday.  Stay tuned...
