Pre-Halloween TEA Babies Party

Tuesday Thomas and I ventured to Mommy Becky and baby Will's house for a Pre-Halloween baby party!  All of the TEA baby friends that could come were there and we had them all in their adorable Halloween costumes.  We tried to get a picture of them all in their costumes and we were able to get this a few cute ones, see below :)

PUMPKIN PATCH!

Thomas and I went to a pumpkin patch with some of our friends to get some cute pictures of the kiddos, read some stories and have a snack!  We had a great time and even took home a pumpkin :)

Oakland Halloween House

Manny, Alli, Jason, Thomas and I went out to dinner and to visit the Oakland Halloween House.  Every year the owner of this home goes allllll out and has tons of decorations for Halloween and Christmas.  We had to go by and take a look for ourselves and Thomas LOVED it!

Trip to Oklahoma

This was a few weeks ago but I totally forgot to post pictures about our trip to Oklahoma because of all the preparations for Thomas' First Birthday party.  Anyways a few weekends ago we went to Tulsa to visit Jason's Aunt Shirley and her family.  We had a great time and here are some cute pictures of our trip :)

First Birthday Party

We were lucky enough this year that Thomas' First Birthday was on a Saturday!  We invited our close friends and family and had a party at our house followed by a trip to the Clermont Tiki Bar on his actual Birthday.  Here are some of my favorite pictures of his special day!

Thomas James,

It's so hard to believe that one year has gone by with you in our lives.  So hard to believe that 355 days ago I didn't know who you were.  We didn't know if you were a boy or a girl.  You were known as "baby" and "bowwwnnn" - the noise your Father called my baby bump.  I would talk to you but I had no idea what it was like to be a Mommy.  No idea how much my life would change forever, in the best way possible.  

I love you so much and have loved being your Mommy this past year.  Loved watching you this past month master waving goodbye, taking up to 7 steps, push your walker and any other object that can be moved around the whole house.  You've also learned "drink" in baby sign language but also associate it with "eat."  You know how to shake your finger at the dog thanks to Uncle Vinny teaching you while were visiting Oklahoma this past month.   Every day its something new!  

You love to go for stroller rides, read books, meet new people and crawling in the grass.  You always have a smile on your face, unless your teething (got our 3rd tooth this month) and even still you're a trooper!  Thank you for being in our lives and for being so darn cute!  We love you little man and can't wait to watch you grow over this next year as you become a little person and grow out of your baby stage.

Tuesday Thomas and I ventured to a boutique Children's shoe store in our area that is going out of business. I was very lucky to have found 3 pairs of shoes, 1 pair in his current size and 2 in the next size up.  They are soooo cute and I just couldn't help but post pictures of our new Geox baby shoes!
