Thanksgiving outfit

So I was a bad Mommy and didn't take any pictures this past Thanksgiving.  Poo Poo on me :(

These are the few pictures we have of Thomas on his 2nd Thanksgiving in his camo overalls that Grandpa JG gave him a few months back.  Thankfully Aunt Ashley got some pictures of him at the Thanksgiving picnic enjoying himself with some of our cousins...

Baby BELLY week 14

14 weeks!

How far along? 14 weeks!
Total weight gain/loss: 0 - holding steady through out the past 9 weeks, praying this is a trend as at this point in my pregnancy with Thomas I had already gained about 15 pounds and I started out weighing less this time around than with my 1st pregnancy
Maternity clothes? I pulled them out last week because the bella bands were bothering me.  Getting up and down a million times a day with Thomas had me pulling them up 2 million times a day and I felt like I was constantly re-adjusting myself.  So, I gave in and pulled out the ol' maternity clothes!  So glad I did as they are so much more comfortable!!!
Stretch marks? nothing new as of late :)
Sleep: Back started bothering me a few weeks ago so I broke out the maternity pillow but it hasn't seemed to help :(
Best moment this week: Telling our friends and family that we were having another baby!
Movement: I think maybe but I'm not too sure just yet...
Food cravings: Sweet Tea, sandwiches, hot dogs funny to have some cravings because I never had any with Thomas except for carbonated drinks!
Gender: Nope and this will remain a secret to all, including us through out the duration of the pregnancy
Labor Signs: None
Belly Button in or out? IN
What I miss: This week I wanted a margarita, probably because I've been craving salty/sweet combo things
What I am looking forward to: My belly getting bigger and feeling the baby move
Weekly Wisdom: Just because you think people know/think you are pregnant doesn't mean that's the case....ooops!
Milestones: We are out of the 1st trimester and a few weeks into the 2nd trimester.  Also telling everyone we are having another baby :)

Jason and I are very excited to announce that Thomas is going to be a BIG BROTHER!!!  My due date is May 30th (Memorial Day)!!!

MGM lights

Jason's extended family and us went to the MGM lights tonight.  Right before we left I told Jason to grab the camera and the battery was dead.  FAIL!  He told me he would take pictures with his phone and this is what we ended up with....awesome.  NOT!

You get the point.  LOL.  We had a great time and Thomas loved the lights but mostly the snow that fell from the sky!  They are beautiful and definitely worth seeing :)  Thanks again to Aunt Patty and Uncle Nick for getting us into the park for the night!!

The Moose is Loose

I got these adorable new Moose pajamas for Thomas at Target the other day.  I tell him that, "the Moose is Loose" every time I put them on him and he cracks up!  Here he is in them the other night while reading books with Daddy before bed.

1st Surgical Glue experience :(

So this morning Thomas was pushing around his high chair, like he has done many times before as I was packing his lunch.  I was washing off the blueberries when I heard a trip and then a scream, I walked around the kitchen island and saw a large drop of blood on the ground, picked him up and saw a 1/2 inch sized split open gash bleeding away!  I tried to wipe the blood away with some paper towels while he screamed, fun times!  I took him outside, he calmed down a little bit and took a better look at the damage.  

I soon realized we weren't going to get away easy with this bump that he was going to need either a stitch or surgical glue.  So I called Nana to take us to the Dr. so I could wipe away the blood while we drove, called the Dr. and less than an hour later he is all glued up.  He didn't like the nurses and Dr. touching him but who would and after 2 lollipops he is much better and now snoozing away, Dr.'s orders :)  

I'm just hoping it doesn't scar :(  13 months and we've already been to the Dr. twice for bad head bumps and now this, boy o boy, he's ALL BOY!

These pictures will never get old...

How could I not see this and not take a picture?  His sweet little mouth catching flies as he uses his bumpers as pillows.  Sooo sweet...

Good morning!

Thomas' favorite breakfast lately has been mini waffles and bananas or pears.  We've been having it everyday because well for one he LOVES it, and two, it's fast and easy for Momma!  As soon as Thomas gets out of his crib he instantly is giving me the hungry/thirsty baby sign language cues.  I dress him, throw him in the high chair as he proceeds to tell/show me that he is ready to EAT!  I need something fast and something that he will actually eat on his own as I'm still waking up :)

Farm with Friends

Saturday we went to a Farm that has a locally known corn maze with a few of our friends.  The weather was very chilly but we bundled up and headed out to boondocks to partake in some Fall festivities.  We had a great time and were able to hang out a little longer because of the time change!  Thomas did great and just wanted to walk around, he didn't understand why we wanted him in the stroller the whole time.  Maybe it had something to do with the large amounts of dirt and people running around :)

Stacey and Mark's Wedding

A few weeks ago Jason and I had weddings on the same day.  We got invited to two weddings this year and they both were on the same day in different cities.  So, we split and each went to one so that we could support them as both couples are special to us.  So, I went to my cousin Stacey's wedding in Sarasota and Jason stayed here to go to Adam and Amanda's wedding.

So sad but he could care less.  Every time I look at his perfect little face I see this big bump/scratch staring at me!  insert, sigh!  But, it could be worse than three scratches on da dose and a bump on the head....

Trick or Treating!

Last night we went out for our First Trick or Treating as a family!  We stopped by a few houses as we went at 6pm and most people weren't out yet but we still had fun!  Thomas was so cute walking and holding our hands up to eat house and even climbing the steps himself.  Such a big boy!  Here are some cute pictures of our fun night out!
