Thomas' school carnival

In October, yikes, Thomas had his school carnival.  We went over and Thomas took a ride on the train, tractor and jumped in the bounce house.  We had a great time and then headed to the town of Windermere festival where Thomas climbed on boats and we browsed the vendors.

So the other day I went to take a picture and my iPhone said that the memory was full!  Ooops!  Then I had to figure out how to get the pictures on my computer and off of my phone.  Fun times.  After 4 failed attempts we finally figured it out and thought I'd share some pictures from October till now that were taken on my phone.  Please excuse the excess of posts that are about to come :)

Santa 2011

Today we went to visit Santa.  I was trying not to worry about Thomas' reaction too much before we went although I was fully prepared for a full on melt down like most of my other friend's kids.  That my friends was simply not the case, instead I got this:

To beautiful smiling kids!  I quickly looked at the photographers and said that I would get the cd of all the images.  Thomas loved Santa and was talking to him up a storm.  It was so cute and Lily was just smiling at the shinny flashing toys.  This is what we have to show for our visit to Santa:

2011 Holiday Photos

Our friend and photographer Julie took our 2011 Holiday Photos at the end of October.  It was a hectic day filled with a 2 year old who didn't want to smile for the camera!  All he wanted to do was play with his toys and run around like a crazy man, no different than his normal life!  I cannot wait for the day where he will pose for more than 2 seconds to get adorable pictures of him.  Till then, here are our family pictures for this year.

Turkey Cake Pops

For both Thanksgiving celebrations I made Turkey cake pops.  I had to post some pictures since I think they turned out so cute :)

Sarasota for Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving day we went to Sarasota to be with my family out in the woods.  We had a great time and Thomas had a blast running around and getting dirty.  Everyone brought a dish to share so it wasn't too much work for any one person.  I made some turkey cake pops and a caramel apple pie.  ymmmm....

SW Moms Club Thanksgiving Social, Celebration #2

The Monday before Thanksgiving we had a Thanksgiving All Club Social at our home to celebrate the holiday with our friends from the South West Club.  We had around 12 moms and 18 kids at our house.  Everyone brought a dish ranging from biscuits to turkey.  The kids made pilgrim hats and bonnets as well as played with toys as the Mommies socialized.  It was a great time and I think everyone that came had a nice time.  Here are some pictures I took:

Last Thursday we had Thomas' Thanksgiving celebration at school.  All of the parents brought a dish to share.  Lily, Thomas and myself had fun spending time with the other families in his class and chatting with his teacher, Mrs. B.  After we ate the kids ran around, check out the video below:
