Thomas' 1st day of Preschool!!

Tuesday was Thomas' 1st day of Preschool!  Awwwww....this is is such a bitter sweet milestone.  On one hand I'm so excited for this little munchkin to learn and grown up in a formal setting.  Then on the other hand I'm upset that my little man is getting so big and going on the bigger and better things.  He's not a baby anymore and I can't believe this day has come.  I can't believe he is almost 2!  This is just insane....

Lily's First time in the pool!!!

So I had to take a moment and take a picture of the little lady before she took her first dip on the pool.  She was styling as always in her pink and animal print bathing suit from my cousin Jacky Lynn.

Daisy Dukes

So this little munchkin wore her first pair of shorties at 11 weeks.  On this fun day last week before Thomas' music class she put on her fishy shorts and strut her stuff.  She's so stinking cute and I just love dressing her up.  It's funny because I always thought if I had a baby girl I would love dressing her in nothing but pink but I'm drawn to blues and other non traditional girl colors.  Hence the blue bow in her hair :)

Boots!

One of Thomas new favorite things is to wear the cowboy boots that his Uncle Matthew got him for Christmas.  I ask him where they are, go gets them, brings them to me and we both struggle to put them on.  LOL!  But, then once they are on, he's a happy camper.  He loves to run around and hear them click on the tile floors.  It's so stinkin' cute!  I've got some videos of him too that I will have to upload sooner than later.  

Bumbo girl!

Ok, so it's a bumbo knock off!  LOL!  I don't know the name of this thing but all I know is it's Lily's favorite place to be when she's awake.  She loves to just sit on the counter while I'm cooking in the kitchen taking it all in.  I can't believe in about a month she will be using this seat to try cereal for the first time!  Wow!  In the meantime we will just use it as a seat and a different position for the little miss :)

GENTLE!!!

GENTLE THOMAS, GENTLE!!!  Are the words I scream as I try to take a picture of the two of the kids together.  LOL!  Oh my poor children!  But, here ya have it folks, another sad attempt of a picture of the two of my kiddos.  Here Thomas is being gentle with his baby sister.  Luckily for me he is listening much better these days.  The whole talking thing isn't happening so fast but as far as understanding, he totally gets every word that comes out of my mouth.  Now, if he chooses to listen to those words is another thing...

Not too often does Mommy get a night out on the town so while I was all dressed up I decided to have J take a picture of me and the little lady.  I can't wait for us to dress up alike as she grows we can put some big beautiful bows in her hair!  Till then, this random shot will have to do :)
